1. Introduction

Welcome to Narcos Spotlight, a character rendition program based on the art style of Narcos – Idle Empire, our officially licensed game.

By participating in Narcos Spotlight or Narcos Spotlight Pro (collectively “the Program”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Character Rendition

  • You will receive a static character rendition based on photos you submit.
  • It may take up to 12 weeks to complete your rendition.
  • You must only submit photos of yourself and agree to license your likeness for use within our ecosystem.
  • No compensation will be provided for your likeness.
  • You are not granted a license to use the “Narcos” trademark, which belongs to Narcos Production LLC.
  • Permitted use includes posting your rendition on social media without claiming a licensee status or implying a partnership.

3. Additional Perks (Bonuses)

  • Access to Character Management Tools launching in 2024.
  • Inclusion in a Character Registry for story creation by others, with potential payment for such use.
  • Access to Story Creation Tools, In-Game Currency ($300/month for 24 months), one year of VIP mode, and access to a private community.
  • Gold Level Support.
  • Big Wolf reserves the right to modify the royalty system and is not legally obligated to provide these perks.

4. Narcos Spotlight Pro Additional Benefits

  • Additional character rendition features.
  • Dinner with Big Wolf executive team (date and location subject to change). Currently planned for Q2 2024.
  • Permanent In-Game Character (subject to the life of the game)
  • Platinum Level Support.
  • Cast Shoutout (not guaranteed).
  • An additional year of in-game currency.

5. Financial Responsibilities

  • Participants are responsible for all applicable taxes related to rewards or payments received through the Program.
  • Big Wolf may require additional forms or documentation for reporting payments as per legal and tax regulations.

6. Payment Obligations

  • Participants agree to pay all fees, including those associated with payment plans.
  • Participants must not fraudulently file for chargebacks with their credit card company or payment provider.
  • Big Wolf shall provide a refund if participant is not satisfied with their renderings after 5 rounds of iterations.

7. Legal Acknowledgments

  • Participation in the Program does not constitute the purchase of a security.
  • Nothing in the Program constitutes financial advice.
  • No guaranteed income from participation.
  • Any disputes must be resolved through arbitration, not lawsuits.
  • Governing law and arbitration location: San Francisco, CA.

8. Limitations and Disclaimers

  • Big Wolf is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program.
  • We reserve the right to modify these terms without prior notice.

9. Acceptance

By participating in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
